The healing recipe is referred to as the 4-1-4 Breathing Method. It’s a simple yet powerful technique. To regain your energy, you may want to consistently do the method at a minimum of twice a day. The “fight or flight mode” will be significantly reduced. As a result, your body will be much more relaxed.
Recipe to Balance ANS: Inhale 4 seconds-Hold that breath for 1 second – Exhale 4 seconds.
Use diaphragm (stomach) when breathing. Feel your diaphragm expanding and contracting. Keep 4-1-4 tempo. It’s like a slow dance. Continue feeling your diaphragm. Repeat for 5 min. If you have limited time, even 3 minutes will work, if you do it consistently. This breathing speeds up the restoration of your Nervous System function.

However, when you neglect to hydrate your body, the heart and brain function will be negatively affected by dehydration.
